As soon as you upload your documents in your account, we will review and process them within a couple of business days. After the documents have been processed you will receive notification email regarding the results. i.e. if your documents have been approved that means that your account is fully verified.
You may always check with the Customer Support team the current status of your account.
Please note: to prevent any delays, please upload the required documents via your account profile.
The account verification process with Fibonetix is very easy. Simply log in to your account, go to your profile page, where you can see the section for uploading your documents. Scan clearly and in color every one of the required documents and upload it at the designated area.
Please note: make sure your documents are clearly scanned. We can`t accept documents hosted on cloud services.

Please make sure that all documents are in full color, with all four edges visible and with high-quality resolution. Blurry documents, electronic signatures, and screenshots will not be approved due to security reasons.

For new accounts, you can upload your documents via your Fibonetix account. If by any chance you don`t have an access to a scanner, you can take a picture with your phone and upload it. You can simply do that, by login into your Fibonetix account, go to your profile page and upload the files at their designated areas.

Please note: Fibonetix reserves the right to request a credit/debit card copy. In that event, please make sure to leave the first 6 and last 4 digits exposed along with the name, date of expiry and signature on the back side. For your security please black out the middle digits and the CVV code.
