How do I update a new credit card?

If your card has been lost, canceled or replaced, we will need a letter from your bank stating that. You can send the document to our support team explaining your issue. Please make sure the letter contains the following information:

  • The Credit/Debit card owner’s name
  • The date of cancelation
  • The first and last 4 digits of the old card’s number.

Can I change the base currency of my account?

Once you create your account with the chosen base currency, you are not able to update the account with a new base currency.

If your wish is to use a different base currency, please open a new account with the base currency of your choice
