How to deposit?

Please follow the steps:

  • Create an account, and log in.
  • Click on the Deposit button and choose the preferred payment method.
  • Fill in the required information and click OK.
  • You will be redirected to the page of the chosen payment method.
  • Fill in the required details and click Ok.
  • You will receive a confirmation email for the submitted amount on the registered email address.
  • Congratulations you have made a deposit!

Please note: Ones your transaction has been approved, please make sure that you fill the required Declaration of Deposit (DOD) and submit it with our Compliance team at [email protected] Additionally, please check “How long does it take to deposit?” for more details on the time frames.

How long does it take to deposit?

Fibonetix offers multiple deposit methods and their processing time varies. Prior to funding your account, please make sure that your profile is completely verified and all of your uploaded documents are approved.

  • Credit/debit card users – the payment should be credited instantly (up to 1 business day if this is your first credit/debit card deposit), if there is any delay, please contact our Customer Support Team.
  • E-money – should be credited within 24 hours.
  • Wire transfers – it may take up to 10 business days (excluding the weekends) and you should consider the bank and country of residence requirements. (please don`t forget to send us a confirmation of payment i.e. the receipt for tracking)

How do I cancel a deposit?

In order to cancel a deposit, you should email us with your request to our Customer Support team at [email protected]. if you haven`t used your funds to trade yet your deposit will be canceled within 24 hours.

What to do when my credit card which I used to deposit has since expired?

If your credit or debit card since your last deposits has expired, you should send an email to our Customer Support team or to your account manager with an explanation of the issue. Then our team will assist you.

What deposit methods Fibonetix accepts?

We accept a variety of deposit methods: via Credit cards, Debit cards, wire transfer, e-wallets and more. Please contact your account manager for more details.

I made a wire transfer, however, my funds are not credited in my account yet?

Wire transfers normally take up to 10 business days to be processed and arrive in your account. In the event of a delay, please contact our Customer Support team at [email protected]

After a cancelation of a credit card deposit, the funds are not visible yet on my credit card statement yet.

We may take into consideration the following scenarios:

In the case, when you don`t see any transaction make towards Fibonetix on the date on which you have made the deposit, that means that the money has never been deducted from your account and the cancelation is successful.

In the case, when you do see an initial charge but no credit (after the requested cancelation) consider to allow up to 5 business days for the cancelation to take place and show on your statement.

Can I deposit with a third party’s credit card, bank account, or e-wallet accounts?

We do accept a third party deposits, however, in this case, additional verification documents will be required for submission.

I received an error message regarding a problem in my transaction. What does it mean?

If by any chance you receive a message: “It appears to be a problem processing your transaction, please go back to verify your details and try again” – this message normally indicates that your credit card has been declined.

Please go back and confirm if your card details are entered correctly. In addition, you can contact your credit card provider or your bank to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, you can explore the available alternative payment methods in your trading account.

How do I withdraw funds?

In order to place a withdrawal request, please follow the steps:

  • Click on the "Withdraw" button located on the left-hand side of the account interface.
  • Enter the amount you desire to withdraw in the base account currency.
  • Fill the required details in the provided form.
  • Click the “withdrawal” button on the top right side of the screen.

Be aware that if you have active investments in open positions, these funds are locked up in that position. In order to free them up, feel free to close the positions. Once these position/s are closed, the invested amount after adding or subtracting any profits or losses will be sent back to your available balance.

Important conditions:

  • It is a must your account to be fully verified.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is of EUR 250
  • An email notification will be sent to you once the withdrawal request has been processed by Fibonetix.
  • If you wish to cancel the withdrawal request you can do so as long as its status is “Under Review”

Why is my withdrawal not being processed?

Normally the withdrawals are processed within 24 hours for credit, debit cards, and e-money, or up to 10 business days for wire transfers.

Prior to your withdrawal request, please make sure that you are compliant with all requirements. Such may be – choose the correct method to withdraw, sufficient available margin, the minimum trading on the bonus volume, account verification and etc.

As soon as the requirements are met your withdrawal request will be processed.

How long does it take to receive my withdrawal funds?

Normally, every withdrawal request is processed and sent out within 2-3 business days – if all account requirements are met.

Once we have processed the request it may take some additional days your funds to reach your initial accounts:

  • E-money transfers – within 24 hours
  • Credit or Debit cards – up to 5 business days
  • Wire transfers – up to 10 business days – also it may depend on your country and Bank

Please note: As business days are considered the days throughout the week i.e. Monday to Friday
