How do I activate my account?

The account activation process with Fibonetix is simplified and easy. In order to activate your account, please follow the steps:

  1. Once you are logged in your account.
  2. Visit your profile page for identity verification - you can do that by clicking the Profile button on the top right-hand side in your account.
  3. Verify your identity by submitting a color copy of a valid government issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driving license or ID card)
  4. Verify your address by submitting a color copy of a utility bill (e.g. water, electricity, or gas) or bank statement. This document should contain your name, address and date of issue (must be no older than 3 months).
  5. Deposit the desired amount of capital through your account by clicking on the Deposit button, then choose the desired payment method and submit your payment.
  6. Submit a signed color copy of the Declaration of Deposit form (DOD).
  7. Submit a proof of payment. Please contact your support team for more information at [email protected]
  8. Congratulations! Your account is activated and ready to be explored at its full capacity.

Note: Documents hosted on cloud services are not accepted by Fibonetix.

    • Please submit a proof of address which is up to date i.e. a utility bill or a bank statement, which is issued within the last 3 months.
  • Change of a name or a DOB in your account.
    • Please send us a proof of identity – a clear colored copy of a valid government issued photo ID (i.e. passport, driving license or an ID card)

How can I change my password?

Fibonetix recommends changing your password once your account has been created. In addition, we recommend you to change it on a timely basis for the highest account safety.

Please follow the steps below to change your password:

  • Log in to your account here
  • On the top right corner of the account interface, you will find a person shaped icon. Click on it, then click on the "profile" submenu
  • To change your password simply click on the “Change Password” link on the mid right side of the interface.
  • Enter the required details and click “OK”
  • Your password has been successfully changed.

How can I close my account?

We are sad to see you leave! You can close your account by following the next steps.

Please login to your Fibonetix account and visit the withdraw page to withdraw your funds. Then simply contact your account manager or Customer Support with a request the account to be closed.

Where I can view my trading history?

Log in to your account. On the top right-hand side of the screen you will see the icon with the shape of a person – click on it. In the drop-down menu you will see the button "History" – click on it. On the top left-hand side of the screen in the menu, you will see "Trading history" click on it to refresh it and see your trading history on the screen.

What I should do if my account has been blocked?

If your account has been blocked, please contact our Customer Support team via the available communication channels or simply send us an email at [email protected]

How I can go back to the main screen?

Simply click on Fibonetix logo and you will be directed to the main page of your account.


Please be aware that Fibonetix doesn`t provide taxation information due to the fact that each country has different taxation laws.

Fibonetix doesn't collect tax on behalf of any authority in any form or manner. It is our client's responsibility to calculate and pay any applicable taxes in compliance with your country of residence law requirements.

Can I change my username?

Unfortunately, Fibonetix doesn`t offer the opportunity to change your username on an existing and active trading account. However, if you rather have your username changed, we can offer you the option to create a new trading account with a new username. Have in mind that by choosing this option you will lose all your trading history.

Am I eligible to trade?

If you wish to open any trading account in order to trade you must be at least 18 years old.

How do I start?

Fibonetix welcomes you to the world of trading! To start you simply need to create an account, verify it, deposit and withdraw your funds. For more information, contact our Customer support team.

Can I have more than one trading account, is it possible?

Fibonetix offers you the opportunity to have more than one trading account. To do that you will need to register with the same name and to provide the same documents as in your current account. However, you will need to use a new email address and username.

Are Islamic accounts available on Fibonetix?

For the clients desiring and eligible to get an Islamic account, we are offering the opportunity for traders in accordance with the Sharia law;

The benefits of such type of account are:

  • No commissions, charges, and fees on account management
  • No additional commissions on rollover for more than 24 hours.
  • No interest on a settlement for more than 24 hours i.e. zero-rollover interest.

If you believe that this type of account is of your interest and you are eligible you can simply contact us and our Customer Support team will be more than happy to assist you.

Are US citizens able to trade on Fibonetix?

Our services were previously offered to US citizens, however, due to the changes in regulations which are conflicting with the trading laws, we are no longer able to provide services to US citizens.

How do I log out from my account?

If you like to log out from your account simply click on the icon located on the top right corner in your account symbolizing a person, check the drop-down menu, where you can see the log out button. Click on it, and you are now logged out from your account.

Why I can`t log in?

There might be a couple of case scenarios: (1) your account may be blocked; (2) your account may be suspended; To resolve the problem, please contact immediately your account manager or our Customer Support Team at [email protected]
